Historic Mount Oread

To celebrate the sesquicentennial (150) years of the University of Kansas, the Endacott Society has created this web site of Historic Mount Oread.

The content is adapted from the book of the same name, compiled and written by Sandra Swanson Wiechert, published in 1999 and again in 2001. Sandra is a member of the KU Endacott Society and participated in this web project. The original photographs were by Wally Emerson. On this web site all photos, except the book cover, are by Jerry Niebaum, and were taken in 2012-2013.
